Certification Body
The China Industrial Cleaning Association is established with the approval of the State Council and the Ministry of Civil Affairs. It is the only national level industry association in China that represents the cleaning industry and exercises industry management and service functions. It accepts business guidance from the Ministry of Civil Affairs and is under the supervision of the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. The China Industrial Cleaning Association has been conducting training on central air conditioning cleaning technology since its establishment in 1997. In 2003, it officially established a national vocational qualification appraisal station for central air conditioning cleaning. Qualification Level
The qualification certification for central air conditioning cleaning enterprises is divided into two levels: A and B. The registered capital of Class A shall not be less than 1 million yuan, the total value of equipment assets shall not be less than 600000 yuan, and the total area of various venues shall not be less than 210 square meters; The registered capital of Class B shall not be less than 500000 yuan, the total value of equipment assets shall not be less than 300000 yuan, and the total area of various venues shall not be less than 115 square meters. Future Outlook
The industry is becoming increasingly standardized, and currently cleaning companies in various regions are actively cooperating with relevant national departments to carry out personnel training, certification construction, and other related work. Practitioners and enterprises who have not obtained industry related qualification certificates will be criticized and exposed by the industry for their safety accidents, substandard cleaning quality, disruption of market order, malicious competition, and other behaviors. Those with serious circumstances will be held legally responsible by relevant departments of the United Nations, and efforts will be made to create a safe, healthy, and orderly competitive environment for the industry. The Education and Training Department of China Industrial Cleaning Association is committed to promoting and training new technologies in the industry, mainly responsible for two functions: firstly, providing various cleaning technology training; The second is to carry out the national vocational qualification appraisal and industry vocational skill appraisal and certification work of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. At present, the qualification certificates issued by the Ministry of Education and Training have been recognized by the qualification evaluation of cleaning industry enterprises. Five professional cleaning direction enterprise qualification certifications have been formed, namely chemical cleaning enterprise qualification certification, high-pressure water jet cleaning enterprise qualification certification, PIG pipeline cleaning enterprise qualification certification, tank mechanical cleaning enterprise qualification certification, and central air conditioning cleaning enterprise qualification certification.
