The Kai Phosphorus Project has been in service since 2019, mainly serving Guizhou Kai Phosphorus Fine Phosphorus Chemical Co., Ltd. and Guizhou Kai Phosphorus Group Co., Ltd., and deeply cultivating environmental protection technology services in the Kai Phosphorus Mineral Fertilizer Industrial Park.

The project department has established a regular cleaning group and a cavitation pipeline cleaning group, with clear division of labor and professional efficiency

Routine cleaning team: responsible for cleaning the graphite heat exchanger, plate and frame acid residue filter press, and physical cleaning of pipelines in the phosphoric acid operation department of the phosphate ore fertilizer industrial park; Cleaning of acid cooler in sulfuric acid operation department and condenser in power generation unit; Cleaning of the ammonium phosphate operating unit heater, ammonia evaporator, and extraction tower.

Cavitation pipeline cleaning team: Focusing on various types of pipeline cavitation cleaning operations in the park, using advanced technology to improve cleaning efficiency and operational safety.

The project department is equipped with a complete organizational structure of project leader, deputy project manager, full-time safety officer, team leader, and operator. All personnel hold certificates and strictly implement the safety management system and operating standards to provide customers with long-term, stable, and safe industrial cleaning and equipment maintenance services.
